LICENSE
Licensing can seem a bit tricky, but we’re here to clear up any confusion. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@melangemockup.com.
Mélange Mockup offers two types of licenses: Standard and Extended. The Standard License is designed for individuals, small businesses, freelancers, and students, while the Extended License is perfect for agencies and medium to large companies. Here’s what you can do with each license:
Standard License:
The Standard License is tailored for individual users and small businesses. With the Standard License, you can do the following:
• Number of users: for individuals or businesses with up to 15 users.
• Personal use: unlimited. You can use the mockups for all your personal projects, as long as no financial gain is involved.
• Commercial use:
• You can sell up to 500 units of final products (e.g., your design printed on a physical or digital product).
• You can create up to 5,000 physical advertisements (e.g., posters, brochures, flyers).
• You can create up to 500,000 impressions for digital advertisements (e.g., ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
What you CANNOT do with the Standard License:
1. Resell or redistribute: You cannot resell, redistribute, license, or sublicense the mockups (even if modified) or source files (e.g., PSD files).
2. Claim authorship: You cannot falsely claim to be the original author of any product you’ve downloaded.
Extended License:
The Extended License is intended for agencies and companies that need broader rights for their commercial projects. With the Extended License, you can do the following:
• Number of users: for companies with more than 15 users.
• Personal use: unlimited.
• Commercial use:
• You can sell up to 10,000 units of final products.
• Unlimited physical advertisements.
• Unlimited impressions for digital advertisements.
What you CANNOT do with the Extended License:
1. Resell or redistribute: As with the Standard License, you cannot resell, redistribute, license, or sublicense the mockups or source files (e.g., PSD files).
2. Claim authorship: You cannot falsely claim to be the original author of any product downloaded.
What is an “End Product”?
An End Product is a physical or digital product that you sell or distribute to more than one person. For example, if you purchase one of our poster mockups, add your design, and sell it online or use it to promote your work, this would be considered an “End Product.” However, if you sell more than 500 units with the Standard License or more than 10,000 with the Extended License, you will need to contact us for further details or purchase an additional license.
